These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Peng Services (the “Service”)—the website, accounts, wallets, orders, chats, and related features for staff-verified Old School RuneScape (OSRS) services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Peng Services provides a platform where buyers can request services, fund an on-site wallet (including fiat and crypto flows subject to staff verification), place and track orders, communicate in rooms tied to orders or payments, and—where applicable—workers can claim and complete work. Features are described on the site and may change over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login (Discord, email magic link, etc.) secure. You may not share your account in a way that violates these Terms or compromises security.
3. Virtual goods & third-party games
Services concern in-game activities in OSRS. Peng Services is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex Ltd. Old School RuneScape is a trademark of Jagex Ltd. You are solely responsible for compliance with Jagex’s terms, rules, and applicable laws. We do not guarantee any in-game outcome or that game publishers will permit any particular activity.
4. Payments, wallet, and refunds
- Wallet balances and payment flows are described in the product (e.g. deposits, withdrawals, order checkout). Staff may review payment proof before crediting funds.
- Refunds and cancellations depend on order state, staff policy, and what was agreed in your order thread. Disputes should be raised through your dashboard and the relevant order or payment chat. We do not guarantee refunds for completed or delivered work unless required by law or agreed by staff.
- Crypto and fiat processing may involve third-party providers; their terms may also apply to the payment leg of a transaction.
5. Orders and delivery
Orders move through statuses shown in the app (e.g. draft, awaiting payment, available to workers, in progress, completed, cancelled). Workers and staff act on the platform according to those workflows. Delivery timelines depend on the service, worker availability, and your cooperation in chat.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, harassment, or illegal activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, other users’ data, or staff tools.
- Upload malware, scrape the site in a way that harms operations, or abuse support chats.
- Misrepresent identity or payment status.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform or other users.
7. Content you provide
You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, order details, links). You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service (including showing it to staff, workers, and counterparties in relevant rooms).
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PENG SERVICES AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN FEES FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. Material changes may be announced via the site or email where appropriate.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Peng Services, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
