Become a worker
Peng has run manual OSRS services since 2019. Every order on the site is completed by a real player on a ranked roster — this is how you join it.
Always recruiting
Get paid for what you’re
already good at.
Claim the work that suits you out of a shared pool, run it in a private room with the customer and staff watching, and keep your balance in an on-site wallet you can withdraw from whenever you like. No chasing a Discord thread for your money.
There is no application form on this site — staff take applications in the Discord by hand. You will need a Peng account to hold your wallet: sign in with Discord when you are ready.
How joining works
01
Ask in the Discord
There is no form on this site. Staff handle applications in the Discord, where you can show what you run and ask anything before you commit.
02
Get vetted
Every worker is checked by staff before they join the roster. They also decide the category you work in — it is not self-selected.
03
Profile and deposit go live
Staff create your worker profile: category, bio and security deposit. The deposit is the bar for which orders you are allowed to claim.
04
Claim work and deliver
Open work sits in a shared pool. Take what suits you, run it in the order room, and withdraw your balance whenever you like.
What we need from you
Content you can actually clear. Staff vet every worker before they join the team and rank them by category, so the right person takes each order. Expect to talk through the content you genuinely run.
A security deposit. Staff set a deposit on your worker profile. Orders carry a claim threshold, and a worker whose deposit is below it cannot take that job — the platform refuses the claim.
Manual work, every time. Every order here is completed by a real player. No bots, no automation, no shortcuts that put a customer’s account at risk.
Work inside the order room. Claiming opens a private room with the customer and staff. Progress, screenshots and delivery belong there, where the platform tracks them instead of someone remembering a thread.
A Peng account. Sign in with Discord. That account carries your queue, your wallet and your withdrawal requests.
Where your rank comes from
Staff set your category when they create your profile — you do not pick it. It decides which work you can claim: an order flagged for a category only reaches workers in that category, and uncategorised work is open to the whole roster.

Staff sit on the same ladder because they take orders too — staff and admin accounts are the only ones that bypass the category and deposit gates.

Money moves through the platform, not through private trades. Here is every part of it that touches you.
Wallet
Your balance lives on the site
Worker earnings are settled into an on-site wallet by staff, and customers can tip straight into it. Your balance shows on your dashboard, and every movement is written to the platform’s ledger.
Withdrawals
Cash out when you want
Request a payout from your dashboard to Venmo, Zelle, Wise, PayPal or crypto. Staff process it by hand.

Reviews follow you
Customers rate their order out of five. Your average and review count sit on your public card on the roster, so good work compounds into better work.
Ready when you are
Bring your account history and ask.
Applications are a conversation with staff, not a form. Tell them what you clear, what you want to take on, and what you want to know before you commit to a deposit.
