Will my account get banned?
Every order is completed by hand by a real player — no bots, no automation, no shortcuts that put your account at risk. Workers are vetted before they join the team and ranked by category, so the right person takes your order.
How am I protected?
Payments, order state and worker assignment are tracked by the platform itself, not by someone remembering a Discord thread. Your funds sit in an on-site wallet, and every order opens a private room with you, your worker and staff.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Crypto — BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, TRX, BNB, USDT and USDC — or PayPal and bank transfer. Fiat deposits are checked by staff against your proof of payment before they credit to your wallet.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the job — a bulk KC package and a quest cape are not the same piece of work, so the service page is the honest answer. Once a worker claims it, progress and screenshots post in your order room as it moves, so you are never left guessing.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds and cancellations depend on the order state, staff policy and what was agreed in your order thread. Raise a dispute through your dashboard or the relevant order chat. Completed and delivered work is not automatically refundable.
Do I get a discount for ordering more?
Yes. Spending tiers unlock as your lifetime spend grows and the discount is applied automatically at checkout — there is nothing to claim and no code to remember.
