Paying with crypto
This guide is for paying for a cart order with crypto — not for topping up your site wallet (that flow lives under Dashboard → Deposit). You choose the coin and network at checkout; the site stores an indicative crypto amount (from live rates) and opens an order payment chat where staff confirm your transfer. There is no card processor.

1) Checkout: Crypto, network, and deposit value
- Add services to your cart and open checkout.
- Select Crypto, then pick the exact crypto network (e.g. USDT on TRC20). This is required and is stored on your order.
- Enter Deposit value: the dollar amount you are paying now (up to the order total). This sets how much must be received before a worker can claim the job.
- Optional: apply wallet balance toward the total. If the wallet covers the full amount, you skip crypto proof and go straight to the order page.
- You will see an estimated crypto amount for what you still owe; rates move, so treat it as a guide and follow staff if something looks off.
- Place the order — if you still owe money, you are sent to the order payment chat for that order.
2) Use the chat sidebar for the address
- In the payment chat, check the right-hand sidebar under Crypto payment: it shows the network you chose and, when configured, the wallet address and the quoted amount from checkout.
- If no address appears for that network, message staff in the same chat — they will give you the correct details.
- Always send on the same network you selected at checkout. Wrong-chain sends can be lost.
- Do not reuse an old address from another order or chat unless staff explicitly confirm it for this payment.
3) Send the payment and share proof
- Send the USD value you owe (see order total and any wallet credit) in the selected asset. Cover network fees so the received amount matches expectations.
- Once sent, post the transaction ID (TXID) and/or a screenshot in the chat.
- Staff will monitor the chain and confirm once the transaction has enough confirmations.
4) Staff confirms and releases your order
- After on-chain confirmation, staff marks the order paid from their queue.
- Status moves to AVAILABLE and a worker can claim your job.
- You'll see a status update in your order detail page and the chat.
Important notes
- Use the sidebar address for your selected network (or staff instructions if none is listed). Do not reuse addresses from past orders without confirmation.
- The checkout quote is indicative; the order page and chat sidebar repeat the snapshot for reference.
- Network fees are on you; send enough that the destination still covers what staff expect after fees.
- Confirmation time depends on network conditions. Share your TXID so staff can track it.
- If your payment is delayed or stuck, ping staff in the chat with an update.
Troubleshooting
- Sent to the right address but no confirmation yet? Share the TXID and wait for enough block confirmations.
- Sent the wrong amount? Let staff know immediately in the chat before the transaction confirms.
- Order still shows "Awaiting payment proof" after staff acknowledged? Refresh the page.
