The more you spend on PENG Services, the higher your rank. On the website, lifetime spend unlocks automatic service discounts at checkout, and every rank brings more giveaway entries. This guide lines everything up in one place.

Discord "M" and Dollars on the Site
Ranks are often described in Discord using a coin amount in millions ("M"). To compare that to what the store actually tracks, you can think of each M as roughly $0.20 toward your website total. For example, 500M lines up with about $100 spent on the site — which is exactly where Sapphire unlocks. The table below uses the same thresholds as our checkout logic.

Perks by Rank
Every perk is applied on the website: giveaway entries when you enter a giveaway, and golden tickets and joining rewards on your rewards page. A golden ticket is used from your cart. The full table is on Ranks.
- Sapphire (~$100 / ~500M): 4% off services; 3 giveaway entries.
- Ruby (~$200 / ~1,000M): 7% off services; 7 giveaway entries.
- Platinum (~$500 / ~2,500M): 10% off services; 10 giveaway entries.
- VIP (~$1,000 / ~5,000M): 12% off services; 15 giveaway entries.
- GOAT (~$2,000 / ~10,000M): 13% off services; 20 giveaway entries; 1× Golden Ticket per month; on reaching it, $10 wallet credit and 5 vouch points.
- Family (~$5,000 / ~25,000M): 14% off services; 25 giveaway entries; 2× Golden Tickets per month; on reaching it, $20 wallet credit and 10 vouch points.
How the Website Calculates Your Spend
- We add up the totals of your paid orders. Unpaid and cancelled orders don't count, so a cancelled order comes off the total. That running total decides which tier you are on.
- At checkout, we compute your tier discount from that spend. If you also applied a promo code, only the better of the two applies — you never stack both on the same order.
- The cart shows your tier icon and percentage when the tier wins; if a code saves more, it explains that the code is used instead.
- Gold, bonds and OSRS items take no rank discount. A vouch-point discount (3%) and a golden ticket (20% off one service) do stack on top of whichever of the two applied.
Quick Tips
- Thresholds are lifetime — they don't reset each month.
- Higher tiers replace lower ones; you always get the best rank you qualify for.
- Your rewards page shows your golden tickets, vouch points and joining rewards.
