Spending tiers
The more you spend on Peng Services, the higher your rank. On the website, lifetime spend unlocks automatic service discounts at checkout. Community messaging also lists giveaway entries, golden tickets, and other perks by rank — this guide lines everything up in one place.

Discord "M" and dollars on the site
Ranks are often described in Discord using a coin amount in millions ("M"). To compare that to what the store actually tracks, you can think of each M as roughly $0.20 toward your website total. For example, 500M lines up with about $100 spent on the site — which is exactly where Sapphire unlocks. The table below uses the same thresholds as our checkout logic.

Perks by rank (community + site)
Service discounts are applied on the website. Giveaway entries, golden tickets, and chest rewards are communicated in the community; treat details there as the source of truth if they change.
- Sapphire (~$100 / ~500M): 4% off any service; 3 giveaway entries.
- Ruby (~$200 / ~1,000M): 7% off; 7 giveaway entries.
- Platinum (~$500 / ~2,500M): 10% off; 10 giveaway entries.
- VIP (~$1,000 / ~5,000M): 12% off; 15 giveaway entries.
- GOAT (~$2,000 / ~10,000M): 13% off; 20 giveaway entries; 1× Golden Ticket per month. Monthly chest-style rewards have included wallet balance (~50M equivalent) and vouch points (~5).
- Family (~$5,000 / ~25,000M): 14% off; 25 giveaway entries; 2× Golden Tickets per month. Monthly rewards have included higher wallet balance (~100M equivalent) and more vouch points (~10).
How the website calculates your spend
- We sum order totals for your account and ignore orders in a cancelled state. That running total decides which tier you are on.
- At checkout, we compute your tier discount from that spend. If you also applied a promo code, only the better of the two applies — you never stack both on the same order.
- The cart shows your tier icon and percentage when the tier wins; if a code saves more, it explains that the code is used instead.
Quick tips
- Thresholds are lifetime — they don't reset each month.
- Higher tiers replace lower ones; you always get the best rank you qualify for.
- For Discord-only perks (giveaways, tickets, chest rewards), follow staff announcements and role info in the server.
