Custom

Anything the catalogue does not already sell — odd grinds, mixed bundles, one-off ideas. Describe it with no price attached and staff come back with one fixed quote; accept it and it becomes a real order.

Know the price you want to pay? Use the auction desk instead

That desk is the one where you name the number and a worker claims it. This one is the other way round: you describe the job with no price on it, and staff come back with a fixed quote.

A request opens a private room between you and staff, so it needs an account to belong to. Writing one takes a minute, costs nothing, and names no price.

What happens next

  1. You describe the job

No price field — just the brief, an optional budget band and timeframe, and up to three screenshots. Sending opens a private room with staff and posts your brief into it.

  2. Staff come back with one fixed price

A staffer reads it and quotes a single number with a deadline on it. The quote lands in that room and you get a notification.

  3. Accepting the quote places the order

Accept and it becomes a real order at exactly that price, awaiting your payment. You land in the payment room to upload your proof; once it is paid the order joins the normal dispatch queue.

How the quote works

  • Staff name the price here

That is the whole difference between this desk and the auction desk. There is no price field on the form, and nothing you send can set one.

  • The quote is the price

Accepting copies it to the order exactly as quoted — rank discounts and promotional events do not stack on top of it.

  • A quote has a deadline

Once it lapses, Accept stops working. A live quote is never re-priced in place either — if the number has to change, the request is closed and you send a fresh one. Nothing is charged either way.

  • Up to 5 open requests at a time

Cancel one, or wait for a quote on the ones you already have. Cancelling is yours to do at any point before you accept.

Every quote, note and reply is written into the request's own chat room, so the price you accepted is always readable back.
