What reaches Worker Zed's queue

Orders are split into groups for dispatch, and each group is either unassigned or marked for one category. Worker Zed sees both kinds — there is no ranking between categories.

Requesting Worker Zed

Name them at checkoutThe cart has a “Request a worker” field — search Worker Zed there before you place the order.

They get first refusalOnce staff dispatch it, the work is reserved for Worker Zed and hidden from every other worker — staff included — for the length of the priority window.

If the window lapses, it opens upOnce it expires the work joins the normal queue and any eligible worker can claim it. You will see who did, in the room.

Staff-approved and deposit-backedOnly an admin can activate a worker profile, set its rank and set its bond — and deactivating one takes it off the roster entirely. An order can carry a minimum-deposit threshold that Worker Zed must be bonded for before they are allowed to claim it.
